Mrs. Shamima Ferdousi has been performing as Chairperson of Divine IT Limited. She has completed her post-graduation on Microbiological Science and started her career as a veterinary surgeon and microbiologist as well as served productively and vigorously in SLDP(SmallHolder Livestock Development Project),CLP(Chars Livelihood Project), FIVDB (Friends in Village Development Bangladesh) for livelihood and livestock projects. She always played the vital roles and position while making decision. Moreover, she has the capability to design, plan and share idea about livelihood and livestock software management system. Her achieved 3+ years experience and philosophy in relevant and IT fields facilitating the company to achieve the desired dream in the global softwa e marketplace.

Mr. Iqbal Ahmed Fakhrul Hasan has been staying as Managing Director as well as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Divine IT Limited. He has completed his graduation on Computer Science & Engineering. His career is built on network administration & simulation, system design, planning & establishment of several ISPs in Bangladesh. He has 10+ years of industrial experience in software and IT business. He is muscularly talented to project management as well as organizational administration. He is a young, energetic and vigorous entrepreneur in software and IT sector as well as housing and button industries in Bangladesh. He is the founder of Divine IT Limited’s developed PHP framework named ‘furinaPHP’. He is also associated with BCS and BASIS. His ability to manage human resource in the relevant organization is marvelous. He is involved in the several development activities of Bangladesh.

Mr. Boshir Ahmed Talukder is one of the directors of Divine IT Limited. He is a Business Administration graduate. His capability in international marketing for sweater industry has been so much commendable both in home and abroad. He is so much energetic and interested as an entrepreneur in both IT sector and sweater industry in Bangladesh. As a management member of Divine IT Limited and a key person of sweater industry he has achieved 10+ years experience in the relevant fields.

Mr. Syed Zubair Hossain is one of the youngest directors and core software engineers in Bangladesh. He has completed his post-graduation in Computer Science & Engineering and established himself as a genius programmer and professional in Bangladesh. He started his job in Software Company as a Project Manager. He has been participating several regional and international programming contests since 2000 and achieving the higher places in those competitions. He achieved 2nd place in the "33rd ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest”- Asia Regional 2008-Kanpur and selected for the ACM ICPC world finals 2009 hosted by KTH, Sweden. He as well as his team “DU-Dark Knight” achieved 49th place in the ACM ICPC world final 2009 at Sweden. As a project manager he has successfully completed about 20 projects. He is the co-founder and core developer of Divine IT Limited’s MVC based framework named ‘furinaPHP’. He also has the ability to manage the software engineers and retrieve from them the highest outputs.

Mr. Asif Mahmud is one of the directors as well as Chief Technical Offi er of Divine IT Limited. He has completed his graduation in Economics. He is a Redhat Certified System Engineer (RHCE). He has achieved 4+ years experience based on system administration using Linux and Unix. He is a young, energetic and core professional to direct the company on the right track. He also has gained management capability venture. on business operational aspects, which might be useful in running any kind of business
